Terms and Conditions of Use for mohd8 Platform

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member") and mohd8 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering or using any services provided by mohd8, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3. Account Registration and Management

When registering a mohd8 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Required information includes your full name as per your identification card (MyKad), a valid mobile phone number, an active email address and any other information requested on the registration form.

If there are changes to your personal information — particularly your mobile phone number or email address — you are responsible for updating that information in your account without delay.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mohd8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our customer service immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

mohd8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage. This process may require a copy of your identification card (MyKad), proof of address and other supporting documents. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

mohd8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All transactions must use a payment method registered in the name of the account holder only.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after the request is approved.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

5.2 Other Promotions

Every promotion offered on the mohd8 platform — including cashback, reload bonuses, VIP programme incentives and seasonal promotions — is subject to its own specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. Those promotion terms should be read together with these general terms and conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the mohd8 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, systematic low-risk positive betting to meet bonus requirements, or coordination between several accounts — is considered fraud. mohd8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close any accounts involved.

6. Betting and Game Rules

6.2 Final Decisions

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

8. Account Termination and Suspension
